2001 Chevrolet C6500 Kodiak Quad Cab, Long Box, Dually 2WD. Powered by a Caterpillar 3126 7.2 Liter Inline-6 Turbo Diesel and backed by a heavy duty 6-speed manual transmission.This thing is the absolute king of the road. Paint is very nice for its age and looks mean in all black. Headlights have been updated to LED’s and the mirrors are off of a newer Chev 3500. The forward 2 side tanks are real, and the rears are for show and support the side steps. Cat mudflaps protect drivers from the new 255/70R22.5 tires on the rear duals. Box is spray lined and ready for a 5th wheel. All the hitch equipment you need is already installed including brake controller and air bags on the rear axle with on-board compressor and interior controls. Solid front Axle with heavy duty suspension all the way around. Still uses hydraulic brakes, so no Air-Brake license is required. On the inside, Dashboard is original, but the rest of the interior has been upgraded to a more modern Chevrolet interior of the same vintage, but with comfy buckets and console up front. A DVD player hangs from the ceiling, but it’s not currently hooked up. A/C in the truck doesn’t appear to be working at the moment. A new touch-screen entertainment system/stereo with dual back up cameras has been installed.
